Welcoming Our Customer from India for a Successful Factory Acceptance Test

We were delighted to welcome our customer from India to Shenzhen Gentech Automation for the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) of their automation equipment.

Throughout the project, our engineering team worked closely with the customer—from solution planning and machine assembly to final testing—to ensure the machine met all production requirements and quality expectations.

During the FAT, comprehensive on-site training was provided, covering machine operation, parameter adjustment, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting. This hands-on session helped the customer's team gain confidence in operating and maintaining the equipment efficiently.

Following a successful inspection, the customer expressed great satisfaction with the machine's performance, stability, and overall production quality. The visit further strengthened our partnership and reinforced our shared commitment to long-term cooperation.
